True Southern Maintenance is an IICRC-certified restoration company serving the Upstate of South Carolina. When water, fire, smoke or mold damages your home or business, we respond fast to stop the damage and restore your property to pre-loss condition, from first inspection to final repair.
Water Damage
We find the source, extract standing water and dry the structure with industrial air movers, dehumidifiers and moisture-mapping tools. Drying is monitored daily to IICRC standards, then damaged drywall, flooring, cabinets and trim are repaired or replaced. Burst pipes, appliance and water heater leaks, roof leaks, flooding, sewage backups and crawlspace water.
Fire & Smoke Damage
We secure the property with board-up and tarping, remove debris, clean soot from surfaces, contents and HVAC systems, and eliminate smoke odor with professional deodorization. Then we rebuild damaged areas from framing to finishes.
Mold Remediation
Mold can grow within 24 to 48 hours of water intrusion. We locate the moisture source, contain the affected area, run HEPA air filtration, safely remove contaminated materials and treat remaining surfaces. Most importantly, we correct the moisture problem so mold doesn't return.
